This screen had a lot of copy, especially for mobile, which made it hard to read, much less scan.
After

1. I deleted repetitive copy and streamlined existing copy.
2. I made the terminology more consistent. Instead of “shopping credit rewards,” I changed it to “shopping rewards.”
3. While “credit” is a good term, there wasn’t room anywhere in the app to explain that rewards were credits. I made that recommendation to the team.
4. I also recommended that they have a follow up email to the customer explaining what Amazon Prime Rewards were.
